First post: A statement of purpose.

This blog is meant to be nothing more than a of chronicle the sad, pathetic journey that is my dating life as a single male in his mid thirties in Boston. Apparently I'm looking for love in all the wrong places, (mostly on online dating sites), and thought others might find humor in my experience, much as one would find humor in watching another person trip and fall on a concrete sidewalk. The blog also has the purpose of providing my friends who are in some-what meaningful, and partially intimate relationships a reality check of sorts for staying in their current relationships, no matter how mediocre the current relationship may seem to them at this point and time, because the grass is always greener and it's dating hell out there.
